Love will make you look younger…
Love is the gift you give yourself!
I believe it is most important to learn to truly love yourself. Loving yourself is true inner and outer beauty. The way we feel about life shows on our face and in our body by the way we move, act and interact with others…
An angry, bitter, selfish person looks old, acts old and moves like an old person.
A happy, joyful, loving person looks young, acts young and moves like a young person!
Loving yourself is not vanity, arrogance, or acting as if you are the best thing since sliced bread. For that is fear!
Truly loving yourself is having self-respect for the miracle of you!
Loving yourself is never criticizing yourself. Never say to yourself what you would not say to others.
To learn to love yourself you must let go of fear! There is nothing to fear except fear itself. Fear is self-destructive. Fear will keep you hidden from the world and will stop you from enjoying all the wonderful opportunities in the world. Fear will stop you from meeting new people, having new experiences, trying a new hairstyle, wearing different clothes, buying new makeup, wearing sensuous lingerie… Fear will stop you from being the best that you can be!
But love, oh love will make you be the BEST that YOU can be!
My all-time favourite quote says it so well…
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves.
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
